Home Away from Home Therapeutic Center LLC (HAHTC) is a grassroots, community-centered mental health practice committed to expanding access to compassionate, culturally responsive care across Kentucky. Founded and led by a Black woman clinician and rooted in Louisville’s West End, HAHTC was created to meet the mental health needs of individuals and families who have historically been underserved.
Our team provides trauma-informed, person-centered services to children, adolescents, adults, and families through a blend of in-person and telehealth care. We approach every client with respect, empathy, and a deep understanding of lived experience — building trusted relationships that support healing, resilience, and long-term well-being.
