About
your pathway to renewal
Rooted in Community. Guided by Care.
At Home Away from Home Therapeutic Center LLC, our work is grounded in person-centered, strengths-based, and evidence-informed care designed to support real-life healing and long-term well-being. We thoughtfully integrate proven approaches such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed emotional regulation skills, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness practices, and comprehensive case management to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.
Our services address emotional wellness, trauma recovery, stress management, relationship and family functioning, and the development of skills that promote stability, resilience, and self-sufficiency.
Rooted in Louisville’s West End and serving communities across Kentucky, we believe mental health care should be accessible, respectful, and deeply connected to the people we serve. We meet clients where they are — emotionally, culturally, and practically — walking alongside them with compassion, collaboration, and support toward healing, growth, and lasting wellness.
OUR MISSION
Home Away from Home Therapeutic Center LLC is committed to providing compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive mental health services that empower children, individuals, and families to heal, build resilience, and achieve emotional well-being.
